The 2017 Aussie Open will be the first stop on the 2017 Disc Golf World Tour (DGWT).  In 2016 the DGWT raised the bar for disc golf tournaments in its inaugural season.  With professional reporting, informative statistics, and detailed tournament coverage, the Disc Golf World Tour is pushing the sport of disc golf towards the level of many other professional sports. We are very excited that the Men’s Open division of the 2017 Aussie Open will be a part of the DGWT.

The 2017 Disc Golf World Tour will feature a total of four tournaments in 2017, three of which will be PDGA Majors.  The Aussie Open will kick off the Tour on January 26th – 29th, followed by the Konopiste Open, the European Open (Major), and the United States Disc Golf Championship (Major).
